You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of or use this Site. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions and that you are at least 18-years old.
We reserve the right to remove for any reason any information, text, photographs and/or other material Posted by You, which is deemed unacceptable for the site. As a member of our Friendship club one is not allowed to post or Transmit to our other members any defamatory, abusive, offensive, sexually oriented, treating, blackmailing, communal, any material that infringes or violates other member’s right etc.
As our online members are of high profile from very respectable families a particular time is given by them for calling on them for online chatting and all the members of Angeldosti .in are requested to follow the timings strictly. But it has been observed that some of the members do not maintain the timing and disturbs other members (especially female members) by calling on them an odd hours, which reflects on our reputation and goodwill. Hence we are keeping Security deposit so that if we receive any complaints against particular members for more than thrice during membership tenure then the membership of those members will be terminated and the security amount will be forfeited.
Your registration is solely for you, we will only accept one person per profile.
Any member at any point of time if found under aged, violated any terms will be expelled from the club membership immediately and the membership fees will be forfeited.
The Terms & Condition are Subject to undergo changes from time to time as per the policy of the organization without any prior notice. You agree it is your responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions for any changes.
It is agreed that all personal information given to Angeldosti .in will be kept confidential by Angeldosti .in with the following exceptions:
Basic information (i.e. age, sex) will be posted with Your member ID for others to view;
You actively chose to post your personal information for others to see;
You send a message to another client, in which you decide to disclose your email address to that client; and/or
You have harassed another person via any service provided by Angeldosti .in, in which case the confidentiality clause contained in this Agreement is rendered null and void.
Unless there is a technical error in the operation of the website, we have a no-refund policy after the services have been used. If you feel that our services have been defective in any way, please contact us with your reasons for claiming a refund providing your user registration details and Payment Transaction ID Number.
You will not share the personal information of the members given to you to any unauthorized person who is not our member. You will also not share any information regarding special offers, discounts allowed to you to any other member of www.Angeldosti .in.
